Trade Show Planner: Staff Follow Up

Your 12 month trade show checklist

Checking in with your staff is just one task in a large checklist you’ll need to complete as a trade show exhibitor. Review my entire pre-show, on-site, and post-show checklist of exhibitor planning activities.

Trade Show Planning:
Follow Up with Your Staff

ON-SITE. AT SHOW.

During booth installation, check with each member of your team. Make sure they are on their way and nothing has happened like delayed flights or lost luggage.

Ask them if they remembered their show uniform, their business cards, and if they have been to the registration desk to get their exhibitor badge.

If someone has forgotten their show shirts or business cards, you should be able to replace them by digging into the extra shirts and business cards you shipped separately just for this situation.
