Trade Show Planning:
Select an Exhibit House or Booth Building Firm

9-6 MONTHS TO GO. PRE-SHOW ACTIVITIES.

An exhibit house or booth building firm is your trade show partner. Their job is to make your company's vision, your brand, and your messaging come to life. It is never too soon to evaluate exhibit houses to determine which one you will work with to design and build your custom trade show booth.

From the graphics to the materials to the structure's flow, every component of this booth needs to invite visitors in and encourage them to engage with you.

Interview as many exhibit houses as you need to find the one you feel can express your message and vision and the one with whom you feel comfortable working. You may find the right partner after speaking with two exhibit houses. Or, it may take you five conversations before you've found the right one.

You will work with this company's employees for six to nine months or more, so you want to feel comfortable that you will have a good relationship with them. You’ll know it when you've found the right people and the right company.
