Trade Show Planning:
Reserve Additional Meeting and Reception Rooms

3 MONTHS TO GO. PRE-SHOW ACTIVITIES.

While reserving a separate meeting room or hospitality suite in the convention center or show hotel is not required, it can be helpful if you want to schedule private meetings with important prospects, customers, or potential business partners.

A separate meeting room away from the show floor, but still within the convention center building or close proximity, can be a convenient and quiet location for you to meet and have more personal, in-depth discussions.

If you want food and drinks to be available in the room and a food and beverage package is not included as part of your room rental, review your Exhibitor Services Manual to get the name of the approved show caterer and reach out to them to discuss your specific needs.
