Trade Show Planning:
Keep Track of Leads and Lead Retrieval Devices

ON-SITE. AT SHOW.

Whether your leads are in paper form, stored in a lead retrieval device, or uploaded to the Internet for future download, knowing where your leads are at all times is critical.

Securing and following up on leads is what you’re there for, after all.

If you are using paper lead forms, designate a place in your booth where all booth staff is instructed to store the completed forms. This may be a designated drawer or a cabinet with a lockable door. This is the same for any business cards you may have collected as well.

If you are using an electronic lead retrieval device to capture leads, be sure you know exactly how many devices you have in your booth and who is using them.
