During business downturns or in moments when nagging doubts make me wonder whether my books and articles truly touch lives, mindfulness has become my anchor. I've questioned my impact in a world that frequently feels indifferent. But scripture invites us to "encourage one another and build each other up." This centers me in the truth that my work ripples outward, lifting people I may never meet.
The unwavering belief in paying it forward and lifting each other up took root in my career when colleagues, bosses, and mentors shared knowledge and insights without expecting anything in return. Their selfless acts turned my vulnerability into strength and have stayed with me to this day.
Now, I do the same: sharing freely to help women rise.
I hope that our community of like-minded women will inspire each other with kind words, inspiration, and motivation to live with purpose.
