Order Extra Business Cards

2 MONTHS TO GO. PRE-SHOW ACTIVITIES.

Ask each employee attending the show how many business cards they currently have and ask if they believe that number will be enough to last them to and through the show. If not, make sure more business cards are ordered now. Remind each team member three days before they leave for the show that they must pack their business cards. I have worked with many booth staffers who have forgotten to bring their business cards.

I have also been known to take twenty or so business cards from each staff member and bring them with me on the plane. After the booth is installed, I place the business cards inside a cabinet for the duration of the show. That way, business cards are available for anyone who forgot to pack them or simply forgot to put some in their pocket at their hotel room that morning. You can never be too prepared.
