Register All Booth Staff and Other Members of Your Company
6-3 MONTHS TO GO. PRE-SHOW ACTIVITIES.
Every member of your team who is participating in the show must be registered - whether they will be doing booth duty or not.
Those requiring registration include sales, marketing, product management, and other staff members, as well as anyone else you have asked to participate, such as employees from vendor or manufacturing firms for whom you sell products and services. Your company’s senior executives and anyone who might be speaking must also be registered.
Like your CEO and VP of Sales, some will require a full conference pass, while your marketing team and other booth duty staff may only require an exhibitor badge.
While you could ask your team members to register themselves for the show, I have found it easier to register all my company's attendees myself. It does take a bit of time but, once finished, I know all the appropriate people are registered, and I don't have to hunt anyone down to make sure they complete this important task.
