Trade Show Planning:
Audiovisual Equipment
2 MONTHS TO GO. PRE-SHOW ACTIVITIES.
If you need A/V equipment you have two options - rent or buy.
You can rent a wide variety of audiovisual equipment directly from the show. If you choose to do this, you should complete the form and submit it before the discount deadline. This is the same as any other item you will rent from show vendors like furniture, plants, Internet, and electricity.
If the audiovisual equipment could be used in your office after the show, you may choose to purchase equipment.
Remember to test the equipment in enough time before the show begins to make sure you know how to use it and that it integrates with other equipment you may be using.
