Trade Show Planning:
Booth Rigging

2 MONTHS TO GO. PRE-SHOW ACTIVITIES.

If your booth has been designed to include signs or banners hanging from the hall’s ceiling, you will need to reserve rigging services from the show decorator.

The rigging form can be found in the Exhibitor Services Manual that you received when you signed up to be an exhibitor.

The rigging contractor may require that you include booth design drawings along with their form so they can better understand what will be hung, how long they expect it to take, the number of riggers required, and the expected cost.
