Every member of your booth staff must know exactly what to expect as a trade show exhibitor and what is expected of them.
Create a master staff document that included everything your staff members need to know.
The information you choose to add may include a master list of staff cell phone numbers so you and the rest of the group can reach any member of the team at any time. Include:
Hotel name, address, and phone number.
Hotel reservation numbers (if you made the reservations).
Show hours.
Show goals and objectives.
Booth duty schedule.
Instructions on how to approach a booth visitor.
Key questions to ask a booth visitor.
Activities booth staff should not miss at the show.
Events booth staff may want to attend outside of show hours.
Company-sponsored activities booth staff will be required to participate in (in addition to their booth duties).
