Deciding whether to rent or purchase a booth is just one task in a large checklist you’ll need to complete as a trade show exhibitor. Review my entire pre-show, on-site, and post-show checklist of exhibitor planning activities.

3 MONTHS TO GO. PRE-SHOW ACTIVITIES.
At this point in your planning timeline, you have 90 days to go before your show’s opening day. While many of your plans are now coming together, there may be less urgent tasks which you have put off until now.
If you have not done so already, now is the time to order furniture, plants, display cases, or any other booth accessories you may need.
Whether you order these items from the show’s general service contractor or an independent vendor, make sure to place your order before their discount deadline has expired. The discount you receive by placing your order before the advance order deadline has passed can often save you between 20 and 40 percent.
